After completion of bachelors in Management, He Started his career in Manisha Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., He has taken care of HR & Finance departments
After that he joined as an Executive Director of ELKRAFT Engineering Pvt. Ltd., and is successfully handling the unit in MIDC Shendra from last 2 years. He has persistently developed new vendors and augmented ELKRAFT Engineering Pvt. Ltd
Mr. Akshay coming from an Agriculture and Engineering background family who is having extensive experience in industry inspired himself and came up with the idea of ELKRAFT Health & Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. One of the unit is establishment of first Rice processing unit in Marathwada region
He has multiple interests and wish to work towards turning these interests into successful business ventures in the years to come, also to give back to the society and help to build a sustainable business model for the future
